Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees
Aaradhya Homes charges a subscription fee of ₹49/month for unlimited contact requests and other premium features. This fee is non-refundable once the subscription is activated and you gain access to the features.
2. Spotlight Listings
The Spotlight feature (₹49 per listing for 7-day promotion) is non-refundable once the payment is processed and the listing is promoted. Please ensure your listing is complete and accurate before purchasing Spotlight.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Charge processed without successful feature activation.
- Service unavailability beyond 48 hours due to platform issues.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@aaradhyahomes.com with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to our support team before taking such action so we can resolve the issue promptly.
